Kronovall Wedding Packages

Payment

​

At the time of booking, a booking fee of 25% of the total booking value is due. The booking fee is non-refundable.

​

No later than six months before the wedding, a further 70% is due.

​

The remaining 5%, along with any additions ordered during the wedding weekend, is invoiced after the wedding with payment due within 10 days.

​

Cancellation

​

In the event of cancellation, a portion of the total booking value is retained based on the time remaining until the wedding day: more than 6 months before, 25%. Six months or less, 95%.

​

If more has been paid than the amount retained, the difference is refunded. If less has been paid, the difference is invoiced.

​

If Kronovall succeeds in rebooking the venue, in full or in part, to an equivalent value, the difference is refunded.

​

Change of Guest Count

​

The booking is based on a guaranteed minimum number of guests. The final number is confirmed no later than 30 days before the wedding and may then be adjusted upwards subject to availability. Reductions below the guaranteed number are not refunded. Changes to guest count affect only the food and beverage portion, not the package price.

Other Changes

​

Changes to menu, additions, or arrangements can be made up to 30 days before the wedding. Late additions ordered after that point, or during the wedding weekend, are charged in full on the final invoice.

​

Brokered services (music, entertainment, makeup, hair, photography, florist) are invoiced separately by the respective supplier and are not included in the booking value used to calculate the payment and cancellation terms above.
