EXPERIENCE DINING at KRONOVALL

Kronovall has a long-standing heritage as Sweden’s only “wine château.” Throughout its history, the estate has hosted a variety of culinary concepts and formats, all rooted in a tradition of delivering refined dining experiences and memorable celebrations.

Since 2026, Kronovalls Estate has become under the stewardship of the von Braun family. Optimal conditions for skilled and independent restaurant operators are established to create and deliver a curated selection of dining concepts across the estate - opening 2026 and 2027.

Bistro & Drinks by the baroque garden

Bar-O-Que invites you to experience Kronovall from its most intimate perspective. Along the château’s sheltered south-west facade, you are welcomed to an open-air bistro.

Here, the elegant symmetry of the baroque is reflected in the atmosphere and feeling of long, relaxed summer days. Enjoy a chilled glass of wine, charcuterie, cheeses, and other tasteful delights, served directly from the château kitchen’s window shutters to you and your friends.

The Winery & Horse Stables - 1765

Kronovall’s largest restaurant and bar venue has a 220 sqm elegant banqueting hall and separate bar area of 80 sqm on the upper floor. It can accommodate larger groups of up to 250 guests. The outdoor terrace, set within the surrounding parkland, offers virtually unlimited capacity.

From the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, generations of guests have enjoyed their favourite pizzas. The building is historic, dating back to 1765, offering an exceptionally beautiful setting—equally suited for weddings and celebrations as for relaxed bar and lounge experiences.

During 2026, the venue will be available exclusively for pre-booked events. By 2027, we hope the operation will be fully established, with a kitchen showcasing some of the most beloved and traditional flavours of Italy and Sweden.
